Price includes:
Linen and towels, mosquito nets,
wooden shutters on all windows, six
sun lounges and umbrellas, outdoor dining
setting, daily refuse
collection service, a weekly cleaning service (and a light mid-week
clean), air-conditioning/heating, satellite
TV, CD/DVD, DVD and CD collection, internet
access and a complimentary hamper for
day of arrival.
All utilities are included.
A cot and highchair is available upon request.
Beach towels are provided.
Fuat, our property caretaker, will welcome you on arrival.
VILLA APHRODITE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Rates
Published rates valid until 31st of December, 2009. All rates are net, quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
2. Booking or Reservation
Reservation subject to availability and confirmation; a minimum stay of one week is required. All guests are asked to complete and sign a booking form.
3. Villa Capacity
We strictly observe a villa capacity policy of 6 persons & an infant under 18 months of age. Only guests whose names appear on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa.
4. Check in/out time
Check-in time is 2PM
Checkout time is 10AM
We will endeavor to accommodate flexible departure times where possible.
5. Terms of Payment
A 25% deposit of the total rental to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival along with a £350 security deposit against any damage to the property or breakages. All payments to be made with credit card through paypal. E-Receipts will be issued for all payments received.
6. Insurance
Guests are responsible for travel insurance to cover holiday cancellation, accident/medical cover, loss or damage to personal belongings.
7. Safety
Young children should be supervised at all times, especially around the pool area. Diving/jumping into the pool is not recommended and is at guests’ own risk (pool depth is 1.6 meters).
8. Cancellation Policy
If for any reason, guests need to cancel the booking, the owner will re-advertise the dates of the booking and if another booking is secured, a refund of the rental received will be paid less a cancellation fee of £100.
Guests are responsible for leaving the villa in the condition in which they found it on arrival.
